Dorcas is a marketing leader and founder based in Toronto, with extensive experience building and scaling consumer brands across retail, telecom, fintech, and wellness. She has led high-impact national work in partnership with brands including Apple, SheaMoisture, Rogers Communications, and Affirm.

Then endometriosis changed what she was willing to build.

Living with a condition that is widely misunderstood and consistently under-served gave Dorcas a different lens on the work. It sharpened her understanding of what it means for a brand to truly see its customer not as a demographic, but as a whole person navigating something real. It raised her standard for what care, honesty, and product responsibility should actually look like.

That perspective led her to found Ileri Wellness, a women's health brand focused on reproductive and hormonal health — including endometriosis, PCOS, and fibroids. Ileri is built on the belief that women deserve better products, better information, better support and a community that reflects the fullness of their lives, not just their diagnosis.

To ensure Ileri meets that standard at the product level, Dorcas is currently undertaking formal herbal education bringing the same rigor she applies to brand strategy to every formulation decision Ileri makes.
